Frequently Asked Questions About Heavy Duty Tarps

No. Please check the specifications on each tarp to see if the tarp is flame retardant. Fire retardant tarps are an effective way to ensure the safety of your property, employees, and the general public in a variety of settings. If you work in industrial, commercial, or agricultural environments where there is a risk of fire, flame retardant tarps are a convenient, affordable solution for staying safe. For more information on flame retardant tarps, visit Tarps Now® today.

Treated canvas tarps are not recommended for indoors use because the tarp’s wax and dye treatment may rub off and stain indoor surfaces, such as carpet, wood floor, etc. Also, the treated canvas tarp has an odor. For indoor tarps, consider Vinyl Tarps, Poly Tarps, Untreated Canvas, Nylon Tarps and Mesh Tarps. Also consider if you need a Flame Retardant Tarp.

All in stock orders will ship approximately 2-7 business days from the time the order is placed. Custom orders can take 15 – 30 business days to ship. During the peak season, these times can increase without notice. Normal transit times are 2-5 business days. Larger orders are shipped by various trucking companies we use and can have slightly longer transit times than UPS. We make every effort to ensure the fastest possible delivery. For non-stock items, two-day and express shipping apply once the item is completed (not after the order submission date). Next day shipment items must be in-stock and order must be processed before 12:00pm ET (Does not include Saturday or Sunday orders)

The size of a standard tarp is typically referred to as cut size. Cut size is the tarp industry standard measurement. Cut size is the size of the tarp when the tarp fabric is cut and before the final tarp is made. After the hems of fabric are folded and stitched and seams are made, the finished cover size of the tarp is slightly smaller than the actual cut size. Cut size measures approximately 6″-8″ smaller than the actual finished tarp size. Some tarps may actually finish slightly larger than cut size. Cut size does not pertain to custom size or finished size tarps and covers, but only to the standard tarp sizes.

Discovery

1 - 33 weeks

We start by understanding where your business is now, what is holding it back, and what needs to change before we build anything.

Before we touch design, copy, ads, or automation, we first look at the foundation. This step helps us uncover the real bottlenecks in your current customer journey, so we do not solve the wrong problem.

We review your offer, audience, positioning, website, current marketing activity, and conversion points. The goal is to create a clear picture of what is working, what is missing, and where the biggest opportunities are.

What we do

Start with clarity

Strategy

We turn the insights from discovery into a clear plan that defines what to build, why it matters, and how it will support business growth.

A strong website or marketing system should not be based on guesswork. In this phase, we define the direction, priorities, messaging, structure, and conversion strategy. This gives every decision a clear purpose. Instead of adding random sections, features, or campaigns, we create a focused plan that connects your business goals with the needs of your ideal customer.

What we do

Build

1 - 2 weeks

We design and develop the assets, pages, systems, and touchpoints needed to turn the strategy into a working customer journey.

Once the strategy is clear, we move into execution. This is where the visual direction, copy, website, landing pages, forms, booking flows, and technical setup come together. The focus is not just on making things look good. Every part of the build should help visitors understand your value, trust your business, and take the next step.

What we do

Create the system

Launch

6 - 9 weeks

We prepare everything for launch, test the full experience, and make sure the system is ready to receive real visitors and leads.

A launch is not just putting a website online. Before going live, we check the complete journey from first impression to final conversion. We test the pages, forms, links, tracking, responsiveness, speed, and key user actions. This helps reduce friction and prevents simple mistakes from damaging the first impression.

What we do

Go live with confidence

Optimize

Ongoing

After launch, we review performance, identify improvement opportunities, and refine the system based on real behavior.

The first version is only the starting point. Once people start interacting with the website or funnel, we can see what actually happens. We look at traffic, clicks, conversions, drop-off points, and lead quality. From there, we improve the weak spots and strengthen the parts that already work. This is how the system becomes more effective over time.
